Your coach
Hi. My name is Renee, and I have a graduate certificate in life coaching from an accredited university. I have a BA in government and an MPA. My academic background is rooted in government, law, and policymaking; however, I chose life coaching as a career choice to help individuals discover self-love by way of achieving their goals, and to come to the realization that everything in life is achieved by how much they love themselves. I want to inspire change with love and to act in love in everything individuals do.
My Services
I provide two services:
Personal Growth Coaching and Relationship Coaching.
Personal growth coaching encompasses an array of personal goals that an individual wants to achieve. Growth goals for improving and making changes to personal lifestyles.
Relationship coaching encompasses the goals of improving relationships. Family, friendships, partners, spouses, co-workers, and other acquaintances.
My approach to personal goal-oriented coaching is to use several methods of coaching, which include, but are not limited to, active and intentional listening, mindfulness meditations, effective communication, and compassionate and empathic reasoning.
**All coaching sessions will be virtual, making it easier to work with anyone, anywhere.

I believe in your abilities to attain your goals. Whatever those goals may be. Some of us tend to procrastinate when pursuing a dream, a goal, and the things we want in life because of known or unknown barriers. My goal is simple. I want to help you discover the potential within you because only you are the true expert on who you are and what you want. There is a treasure trove of answers within you, and I can help you find it. I believe in you.
